Mr. Daniels, co-founder of Income Property Specialists, has over 30 years of real estate experience with several billions of dollars worth of negotiated transactions during his lucrative career. He is an expert negotiator and well-respected industry leader and has held over $200 million worth of real estate throughout the nation. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Daniels utilized innovative investment strategies to generate incredible returns making him truly one of the industry’s visionaries. He was one of the pioneers in the belief and implementation of sustainable (green) materials.

In his personal life, Brett enjoys culinary, horticulture, animals, biking, hiking and spending time with his family.

Dan Newman

Executive Vice President

With over 30 years of experience in the multifamily brokerage and advisory industry, Mr. Newman brings a unique set of skills to his position as Executive Vice President. In this capacity, he provides leadership and oversight for various components within the firm which in combination provide a fully integrated platform of services to the multifamily industry. Dan has closed over $1 billion of commercial properties, $200 million of which are REO properties. In his lucrative career, Dan has amassed a personal portfolio valued over $70 million as CEO of N&N Joint Ventures.

In his personal life, Dan enjoys mixed-martial arts, cars, and spending time with his family.

Mario Hong

Vice President

Mr. Hong is Vice President of Atlas Real Estate Corporation where he works with clients to create elegant solutions for commercial notes and OREO’s. Mr. Hong has established relationships with over 50 banks and REIT's.

Over the years Mr. Hong acquired experience in principal and investment brokerage, specializing in retail and multifamily development, repositioning, and stabilized investments. He has expanded his knowledge through working on over $500M of commercial real estate subject to foreclosures, bankruptcy, loan workouts, distress, etc.

Notably, Mr. Hong played a key role in the development and brokering of The Gateway at Lassen and Mason, valued at over $45 million for the 7-acre project. He has also managed the construction of an 118-unit high-rise in Hollywood, CA.

In his personal life, Mario is an opera singer, enjoys cooking, and is a pole vault champion.

Chung is a seasoned expert in the real estate industry with nearly 200 years of combined institutional and private asset experience behind them. He has been referred to as "student of the game" by his mentor, Pat Donahue, who has played a crucial role in shaping his professional journey.

As a proud protégé from industry leaders such as Brett Daniels, Pat Donahue, Larry Casey, and Jim Naify. Chung has honed his expertise in: Neighborhood & Powercenter Development, Office, Mixed Use and Multifamily Ownership and Operations; Asset & Property Management for Commercial Real Estate Funds worth over $6 billion; OREO & NPL Advisory & Consulting for more than 100 Lending Institutions and Management of Numerous Banking Departments. He has the backing of a prestigious lineup of executives and Chairman from Donahue Casey Realty Advisors (formerly Donahue Schriber), CNA Enterprise, Cal Fed, Community Bank, Wilshire Bank, WAMU, Deloitte, Atlas Real Estate Corporation & REO Property Specialists, National Advisors and RVM Associates, Chung is known for his strong work ethic, empathy, and intelligence.
